Our Start - Up Journey
We are now at a crucial juncture in our journey, as we prepare to transition from a private entity to a publicly traded firm, as a result, Carpe Noctem’s short- term goals revolve around raising working capital. We celebrated Carpe Noctem’s year milestone on the 12th of October, we’ve maintained a comfortable financial footing thus far without any significant donations yet! An influx of working capital allows our team to pursue more expansive projects and opportunities; all so we can continue to trend towards growth. Carpe Noctem’s short-term goal relays towards our long term goal of eventually going public within the next few years. These two goals are bridged together; we harbor a need to secure private investors and other forms of working capital to move us along our pre- IPO phase.
